Once your company is registered, you will receive all essential documents in digital format for easy storage, access, and sharing. The documents include:
Use our prestigious London office as the official address on public records instead of your home address. We will scan and email all statutory company mail to you, from all UK government bodies and Court documents, free of charge enabling 24/7 access to all your mail via your dashboard.

Protect the privacy of a director or secretary. If you require this service for more than one person, you will be able to add them during checkout.
This service is renewable on an annual basis at the cost of £25.95 + VAT/year per director.
If you decide your company is no longer needed, we will handle the complete closure process within the first 12 months of incorporation, ensuring all legal requirements are met. This includes the Companies House fee required to close a company.
