Check if you qualify as a dormant company in the UK

For companies to qualify as dormant, they must meet the criteria defined by the Companies Act 2006.

If your company remains dormant for consecutive accounting periods, you’ll still need to file dormant accounts each year. If your company ceases to be dormant or becomes active again, you’ll need to file active accounts instead of dormant accounts for the relevant accounting period.
