The main steps for forming a UK Limited Company as a non-UK resident include:
1. Register a physical office address and open a UK bank account
2. Collecting a package of documents and translating them into English
3. Registering with Companies House.
Non-residents do not need to visit the country to register a business from abroad. Companies House registration requires the same set of data as residents, including director, shareholders, and the constitution documents of the Memorandum of Association. Non-residents must also file tax returns each year, whether this is done by a full-time employee or an external accountant.
